Dr. Dave Katza is a Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester and previously a Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He has  a career long interest in esophageal diseases with particular interests in eosinophilic esophagitis, Barrett’s esophagus, GERD, esophageal motility disorders and unusual esophageal diseases. He is the current Education Councilor for the AGA Governing Board and on the Editorial Boards for Gastroenterology, American Journal of Gastroenterology, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology and Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
