Dr. Bonis is adjunct professor of medicine in the division of gastroenterology at Tufts Medical Center. His research focuses on eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. Bonis is also chief medical officer at Wolters Kluwer Health Division of Clinical Effectiveness, and in that role strives to translate research findings into clinical guidance.

Dr. Bonis received his AB from Harvard University, his MD from New York University and post-graduate training in internal medicine, gastroenterology, hepatology and in health services research at Tufts University.
