Kathryn Peterson is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology at the University of Utah. She has spent the majority of her career developing multi-disciplinary clinics at the University.

She currently runs a clinic specializing in eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders. She is active in research and advocacy for patients with EGIDs.
